Wessex Rose Hotel Boat Quality in Tourism 5 Star Award

 

 

 

 

We are very proud and happy to announce the renewal of our Visit England 5 Star Rating for Hotel Boats.

This week we received a visit and inspection from the Visit England Quality Assessor who confirmed during her visit that she was more than happy to renew our five star rating, and yesterday we received a copy of her formal Quality Report which was also very complimentary, including these comments in the executive summary:

‘Following this assessment under the Quality Grading Scheme for Hotel Boats the Wessex Rose Hotel Boat continues to achieve the standard required to achieve a rating of 5 stars’

‘This purpose built hotel boat is being exceptionally well maintained despite an exceptionally busy season’

‘Guests expectations at this high level will be comfortably met’

‘The five star rating awarded is sitting comfortably within the quality banding’

As we near the end of our season we are thrilled with this endorsement that we are continuing to provide the level of service and quality we aim for.
